i wish we had at least one playground like this in our country!!! instead, i have to do pull ups and all other stuff on some trees and on bars where other people hang their laundry on! XD

@jgarzaq if you workout 5 times a day, you will just overtrain yourself and not get any bigger most likely. you grow muscles when recovering, not at the gym. and just taking in protein won't do it. protein and healthy fats are essential for supporting the processes in the body. but especially if u're skinny and want to get bigger, you'll need to eat carbs, and quite a few
