Also: they should use a pop filter. The high overtones in the voice resonate (the "s"- and "th"-sounds mostly). Also putting some curtains on the walls can help a great deal for little money: blank walls reflect almost all sound.

@ChaziChaz89 It was pretty bad. Doesn't have to me Metal for me to like it. Just didn't seem very original or moving. Singing was forgettable. Riffs were more forgettable. The rhythms were stuttering and didn't seem to really flow. But hey - good for them getting to play at EMG studios.
