No the GXP doesnt have Active Fuel Management, Pontiac said it would have cut performance by 15-20% therefore putting it too close to the GT model.

I might be wrong but i think when ur drivin regually it might shut off 4 cylnders so it can get better mpg

Yes the GT and auto GXP's do. This particular GXP does not.

Auto GXP = 6L80

Tremec TR6060 for the 6 speed.

Sounds great! check out how the cab-back sounds compared to my Corsa DB mufflers on my GT. I would have considered the cat-back had it been in production earlier.
