i agree with all the people thinking it has made more creepy and haunting, but I feel it is very wrong for this song. this song is the only song from the movie that is supposed to be really happy. it is about the wonder of christmas and how amasing it is to see it for the first time, and not about being scared to your core about it!...

I think people need to realize that this is just a remake or ... more of a remix in a way. You know how they sing popular songs on American Idol but the singers add their own twists to it? Well this is exactly what this is.

It doesn't mean everyone will like it but none the less, it is still a great cover and she has wonderful singing talent.

Just because someone doesn't like this cover doesn't make her a terrible artist. in fact thats a part of art, recreating something in your own way.

I think that in this version it's more of a wonderment and a feeling of being enraptured by this foreign land filled with joy instead of fear rather than Jacks ADD-esque excitement. I love both versions equally and if someone asked me to choose a favourite I wouldn't be able to.

I like the fall out boy version better. I feel like this song is meant to be upbeat and exciting. Its meant to match the excitement Jack felt after making a life altering discovery. With This is Halloween, both the Marilyn Manson and Panic versions are good because I feel that that song is more open to interpretation, where as this song is a little more set in stone.

I know that it's orginally supposed to be ALOT more joyful and less creepier.. But I think that the only reason Flyleaf made this cover is because they heard the original song and thought of how it would sound alot slower and haunted.. I really like this version of the song. Like, a lot. It's amazing. My personal favorite between this and Fall Out Boys'. Buuuut, Fall Out Boys' fit the movie better. It should have been in the album. It's much more uplifting and Jack-like compared to this version. It fits the mood of Jack's character at that part better, over all.
