Gears of war is the laggiest and glitchiest piece of shit ive ever played, and with only 4 players! RFOM had barely any MP glitches. In gears you can get stuck just by taking cover. The glitches are cheap as hell, and you can always get lagged out at any time. If Epic doesnt fix this shit in the second one, then im gonna fuck gears and just play Resistance 2

Damnit I think this game looks pretty sweet, too bad its not coming out for 360, although im a proud owner of one. And on the Gears vs. Resistance thing, I have never played Resistance but Gears WAS EXTREMELY BORING after you beat it. But great game otherwise.

But really, the problem lies with Microsoft more than the console. They're whores for money. All add-ons for the 360 like HDD's are first-party and overpriced. You have to buy a separate wireless adapter. Only the most expensive model of the Xbox 360 has a heat sink. There is a subscription fee for Xbox Live. And you have to pay MS points for using small XBL features like changing your name! It's completely absurd. This disproves 360 fanboys' claims, because in the long run 360 will cost more.

(Adding on to my last comment)Now i'm not saying the PS3 sucks (and it doesn't), I enjoy the PS3, but I find myself playing the Xbox 360 more than my PS3. The PS3 does have some good exclusive titles coming out but it will be some time before the PS3 actually gets going with some really good titles. Killzone 2 is going to be great along with MGS4. Just keep in mind everyone has their own opinions, you like PS3 more than 360 and I like both. My (school) friends are on 360 so I play 360 more.
PS2 had well over a year head start on the original Xbox. The point is that there are more exclusives and better games on the 360. I have all 3 systems. Uncharted is great but Resistance is average. Ninja Gaiden was from the original xbox and 360 has Ninja Gaiden II Exlusive. Gears of War II, Ninja Gaiden II, Fable II, Halo Wars, Too Human, Exclusive 360 Splinter Cell, The Alan Wake Project and Peter Jacksons Halo Chronicles, IPTV and Netflix. Better then Sonys 3 exclusives this year.

360 GTA has 20 extra hours of content that PS3 doesn't. New GTA was built for 360 because they needed it to play for machines with out a hard drive.
Haze is another wannabe average shooter. Killzone 1 sucked why is 2 soo awsome ? God of War 3 is almost 2 years out yet. Grand Turismo is just another gay driving game, been there, done that. MGS is great but not a system seller, the whole series has only sold 7 mill all together...Gears almost has that beat on its own.
MGS 2 alone already sold over 7 million units. The whole franchise as a whole has sold over 20 million units. And I am sure Final Fantasy, which btw is a PS3 exclusiv, is not a system seller as well for you for you.
Actually GTA was built originally on the PS3 but they had to go in and take out stuff because off the limitations of the 360's disc capacity, that's why rockstar is giving the pS3 a new exclusive franchise. Gran Turismo is still the best driving sim out. and prologue put both forza and pgr to shame. Gears and RFOM tied on Game Informer. I think this one will easily stomp gears 2.
Actually GTA has nothing to do with disc space. It's all about the hard drive, you can read it from their own interview with IGN. 360's past faliure rate is 16% not your " factual " 33%, I've had mine since launch. Xbox Live is well worth 5 WHOLE dollars a month, I have PSN and Live blows it out of the water. Rockstar is not making a new exlusive game for Sony, read IGN.

Halo's graphics are actually really well done and is very creative. Halo is meant to have a graphic novel feel. Graphics don't make games but try playing for real and look at the water. 1-60 multiplayer...oh cool, have a great lagg fest. There is no team work or skill in Resistance because you run soo damn fast that it's just " run and gun " or " pray and spray ". Halo takes teamwork and skill, you will never play top Halo players and get close to a win by running around aimlessly.

(Adding on to my last comment)Now i'm not saying the PS3 sucks (and it doesn't), I enjoy the PS3, but I find myself playing the Xbox 360 more than my PS3. The PS3 does have some good exclusive titles coming out but it will be some time before the PS3 actually gets going with some really good titles. Killzone 2 is going to be great along with MGS4. Just keep in mind everyone has their own opinions, you like PS3 more than 360 and I like both. My (school) friends are on 360 so I play 360 more.

PS2 had well over a year head start on the original Xbox. The point is that there are more exclusives and better games on the 360. I have all 3 systems. Uncharted is great but Resistance is average. Ninja Gaiden was from the original xbox and 360 has Ninja Gaiden II Exlusive. Gears of War II, Ninja Gaiden II, Fable II, Halo Wars, Too Human, Exclusive 360 Splinter Cell, The Alan Wake Project and Peter Jacksons Halo Chronicles, IPTV and Netflix. Better then Sonys 3 exclusives this year.

360 GTA has 20 extra hours of content that PS3 doesn't. New GTA was built for 360 because they needed it to play for machines with out a hard drive.
Haze is another wannabe average shooter. Killzone 1 sucked why is 2 soo awsome ? God of War 3 is almost 2 years out yet. Grand Turismo is just another gay driving game, been there, done that. Actually GTA was built originally on the PS3 but they had to go in and take out stuff because off the limitations of the 360's disc capacity, that's why rockstar is giving the pS3 a new exclusive franchise. Gran Turismo is still the best driving sim out. and prologue put both forza and pgr to shame. Gears and RFOM tied on Game Informer. I think this one will easily stomp gears 2.

It's all about the hard drive, you can read it from their own interview with IGN. 360's past faliure rate is 16% not your " factual " 33%, I've had mine since launch. Halo 3 is no longer on the top selling charts. Everyone who played it says it was an overhyped disappointment. Even one of my friends who is a huge Halo fanboy said Halo 3's campaign sucked. It's like you have a string on your back, that when pulled lets you say 5 different things. Good Point. The 360 has sold more games that the Wii and PS3 Combined. Also, sweetfeet945 don't talk bad about any consoles. I own all three next gen consoles. Wii is a mistake, PS3will pay off in time but right now the 360 has beaten the ps3 and wii by a long shot. Every Game that has been out on the both the Xbox 360 and PS3, Xbox 360 has had higher ratings. CoD4 is ranked 1st in gameinformer (still) while the PS3 is ranked 12th.

Halo's graphics are actually really well done and is very creative. Halo is meant to have a graphic novel feel. Graphics don't make games but try playing for real and look at the water. 1-60 multiplayer...oh cool, have a great lagg fest. There is no team work or skill in Resistance because you run soo damn fast that it's just " run and gun " or " pray and spray ". Halo takes teamwork and skill, you will never play top Halo players and get close to a win by running around aimlessly.

Calm down there Mr. Know It All, it would be nice if you knew how to spell also. It will be a great game and I think it will be better than Halo, and the Chimeran is an alien race of it's own.
It looks nice and shiny but it won't be better than GTA IV (i think at least).

I liked the first one, this one is going to feature TWO different campaigns (one for solo, one for (up to) 8-person co-op), up to 60-person online play, and even a box of tissues* for when you skeet** on it.

I really think they could think of a better name than "Resistance 2", that just sucks. But the logo is cool. So is this trailer.

Can everyone just STFU about graphics please ? Graphics make games cool but what makes a game is story and gameplay. This is just a cut scene anyway, it's not what the game looks like when you are actually playing. Resistance is average at best.
