heres what you do, go to the controller screen and position lock yourself on the goalie.

you can play goalie mode for ps2 pause the game then go to select sides press the square button then it says g then start the game and your goalie or when your the players and a guy comes close hold down the x button then your also goalie

brunop30 go to a playnow match and when they ask the time and rules etc go to the bottom and set on goalie mode

Lundqvistfan if u have ps2 then u can't play goalie mode but if u have ps3 or 360 then the game just started then go to settings/options and there goalie mod but i are not sure because i have heare this from m friend.

Play a game, pause the game, press "settings on the pause menu.There is option named: goalie mode. Just press it.
