Ich habe immer gedacht, dass ich die besten Violinisten der Welt schon gehört habe, David Oistrakh, Yehudi Menuhin, Isaac Stern, um nur drei zu nennen. Und dann spielt einer unerwartet Musik, die unmittelbar aus der Seele und vom Himmel zu uns kommt: Vengerov.

what that supposed to mean? Nothing wrong with his bow technique, I would say that "this is why people use conductors" because you starting to listen orchestra too much especially when so many immature musicians are playing. Also sound man are just deaf. Sounds like he play in the kitchen. I would be really surprised if this European concert.

oh, that was not a "very" good example... why the violin and its master sounded well, the orchestra too, only that this piece shall be more emotionally playd-by the orchestra, and it's very VERY important that the 2. violins are heard in the main theme of this piece. If not it sounds ... hmm... But... God that man can play from his heart!
