Hey... this is the same BSulphur who wrote the MTPO FAQ at GameFAQs, right? I read it a couple of years ago, and it helped a lot, so thanks. Since then, I can beat Tyson semi-consistently, at least once out of every few tries. I haven't really started trying to learn quick (T)KO strategies for the other guys, though. Maybe that'll be my next goal.
Kind of hard to believe I'm saying that about a 20+ year old game... I guess it just shows how much replay value it has. You eventually get to the point where everybody except Tyson is easy to beat with a normal, safe strategy (which is the point I'm at)... but even then, there are still plenty of secrets to be learned before you can become a true master.
