  • George we miss you.

  • John inspired George for that I am thankful...They were both artists that made a real impact on rock and roll...RIP:D

  • great song great tribute great man .. miss you george..

  • LOVE THIS!!!

  • Un pequeño tributo a Gemán Dehesa con esta canción y tal vez cuando yo ya no esté aqui en este plano se escuche tambien ...

  • great,great song

  • Of all the Beatles I believe George had the BEST solo career. I could relate to his songs more. "All Things Must Pass" is still one of the best albums I've ever heard. George had wonderful spiritual sound to his songs. God bless you, George. Thank you for all the wonderful songs you've given to the world.

  • @UltraMegaVisual

Mmmm...I am not agree. Actually John had the BEST solo career. He became an ICON. George had a different way, more spiritual, but the songs he did are nothing compared to the songs of mr. Lennon.

  • The light went out in our hearts when both John and George suddenly left us. This is a most wonderful tribute you left in your little way to George. R.I.P John and George we will always love you!

  • FANTASTIC!.

  • This is so cool...

  • The greatest song ever. One of the few I cried twords.

  • Very nice video

  • Great Joe Brown. The best version of this beautiful song.

  • @Rovadim. So true, so true. Best version of a beautiful song ... and indeed so fitting in that "I'll see you in my dreams."

  • Phenomenal tribute to George that was when Joe Brown sang this one at the end. It is my favorite version, BTW. Come to think of it, sounds like a Beatles song, one that GHarrison would sing wonderfully. // Thank you, GHLuver.

  • What a wonderful tribute to one of the gentlest human beings who ever spent time on this planet.

What an infectious spirit he had & you have captured it ever so nicely in this video. Great editing & Joe Brown just goes without saying.

    xxxx

  • Excelent!!

  • George you're real !

  • Sorry to have to break it, to a lot of you but... George Harrison did not write this song, not to take away from him, at all. A lot of people think he wrote it but the original composer is named Isham Jones. Tough break nyugga...

  • @jiffinbigles Everyone who knows anything about George Harrison knows he liked this song as a boy, and liked George Formby, that is what the last Beatle series intro was about, [animated young lads watching a man on stage playing banjo]. As well as Buddy Holly. and American R&R to George, their interest in all vintage music was as important as the music they would eventually bless the world with. I believe more people know this than you are giving credit for.

  • @yobbsmissesalge I'm just saying who wrote it babylicious

  • George Dark Horse Harrison escribio esta bella melodia que ahora escuchamos por Joe Brown...

The Beatles...alegría al Siglo XX como muy pocos le dieron...

Rest in Peace George " Gallero " Harrison...

  • beautiful tribute to George, this was sung at the memorial concert for George. thank you for putting this all together!!!

  • Oh I love that song. I have it by 101 Strings Orchestra. I have 4 of their albums. I was in 2 or 3 talent shows in Cuba and I couldn't resist the opportunity to sing in the talent shows or Karaoke. In Cuba I'd used the 101 Strings instrumental music as accompaniment when I sang "The Shadow of Your Smile" (fell in love with that one by Johnny Mathis). I sure don't want to lose those really nice old songs; I hope they will always be preserved.

  • Wow. This is one of the best versions of this track, I have heard other than Dick Hyman's. Great tribute.

I had never heard Joe Brown sing this before you posted it and listening to this and his ukelele along with the great pictures of George are so enjoyable. • Perfect!!!!!!

  • I remember watching the special, thinking they would close on Gently Weeps or My Sweet Lord. Then this song was played and I thought that was such a perfect ending

  • This was a perfect ending to the George Tribute, especially since George was a ukulele fanatic!

  • Just Love George and this tribute in particular. Very sentimental and tasteful. Makes me want to play the ukele.
