I just read a CNBC headline saying that not only is gold in a bubble, but that real estate is the best real asset and you should buy now while it is low. But there are so many troubles still ahead in the mortgage market that there is no way real estate has bottomed.

When is it appropriate to start considering fraud charges against this CNBC channel and all its reporters for the continuous stream of wall street supporting and investor misleading misinformation they pump out?
