These guys sound nothing like The GazettE, what are you people talking about o-O I've been listening to GazettE for a long while now, and they sound nothing like BORN, they're two totally different bands =( People were saying SCREW sounded like The GazettE too. There's no similarities...you people claim you know everything about Jrock, maybe you should go back to the basics...just saying.

It's kind of strange, isn't it? Byou of SCREW in many PVs looks like Ruki of the GazettE, and they are of the label PSC. BORN's music style sounds extremly like the GazettE's and they are with PSC, too. I don't like that. It seems they're forbidding them to develop their own style... I don't know the truth, but since a few month it feels like that.

@RoswitaWaltraut Perhaps PSC just picks up bands with similar styles? It could be either, I suppose xD But many people tend to like only one style, so record label simply supply the people with much of the same thing to satisfy what they want

But in the end it has the effect, that I can't take bands like born or screw seriously and that's bad, because I know they have potential - particulary born, some songs they made I do like. Well... I just hope PSC and the GazettE will do the decision to make some lives overseas soon, I've waited too long. :(

You don't have to feel the same way like I do, I just think that they sound similar, as I am a long-time fan of the GazettE and know how their music style sounds like. I know that you wouldn't agree with me if I started giving you examples of songs that sound "gazette-like" - in my opinion. So... this leads to nowhere.

Although it does annoy me when people compare bands like that, "this guy looks like this guy" when the resemblance is minor, haircut maybe? And you did say their sound is "extremely similar" to the GazettE's, that's dumbfounding for me so I wouldn't mind seeing an example. One thing BORN stands out with is the singers vocal range, it doesn't even sound like the same person when it changes.

At the moment I'm not able to find a particular song, I'm sorry. But in general I just think that some effects born uses sound typical for the GazettE... Hey, I could be dumb and wrong, I know. I shouldn't have written my opinion down here, regretting it already. ;)

To be honest, I do belong to The GazettE Fandom. However, I realize that not one band is like 'GazettE'. Every band has a different style and a different sound. I don't think it's right to compare a band, or bash a band for how far they have gotten in the 'VK MUSIC SCENE'. I do agree that there are many bands who should get more rec. but most of them haven't been around for 10-15 years like others. I love BORN and many other VK/Jrock bands. Not every GazettE fan is bad.

The "horniness" thing is an English-based meaning you most likely made up so obviously it doesn't apply to this video. They are just popular symbols in Japanese anime and culture, especially that type. Perhaps there's a connotation of something ugly with something beautiful or sexual, which is very common in Japanese art.
