The Mark 21 EBR isn't a gun from MW2 that they moved to MW3. The Mark 21 EBR doesn't even actually exist. The gun you use in MW2 and the mission shown in this video is a scoped variant of the Mark 14 EBR. They just called it the M21 in MW2 in order to be able to place it in the sniper category. Now why they go out of their way to correctly name it the M14 EBR Scoped in the campaign but then call it the M21 EBR in the multiplayer is a mystery.
