They have mentioned in interviews that they lack adaquate practice for live performances. I don't think it's their "thing", but they know it's necessary since fans want to see them. I really enjoy Salem's music. And I don't do drugs :)

I hate to agree with the trolls, but this isn't very good. Salem sounds pretty cool recorded, but all the live videos I've seen of them are pretty awful. They are just not a good live band and would be better off if they'd just stick to recordings as their live shows are just embarrassing.
