  • guys shut the fuck up about the date. key didnt even write the real national anthem in the sketch so it doesnt matter when he wrote this fake national anthem

  • He wrote that song during the war fog 1812

  • Francis Scott Key was born in 1779.

  • A new nation is aformin' and it's TOTALITUHWIGGLEUH!

  • Lets make a country of faggats! :) I AM A BRIT!

  • @TheLaurelbug faggots*

  • @Ruthlesscritic i know it was 1812 at least we payed attention in school

  • just do the dishes candice, just do the dishes!!! like i you heard the voice he used in both skits

  • The star spangled banner was written in the war of 1812, there was no battle at Gettesberg in either the revolutionary war or the war of 1812, and fort knox is in kentucky. Therefore the series of wrong info is clearly part of the joke.

  • you know i see alot of people pointing out the how the date is incorrect, but that might just be part of the joke

  • Trevor is the funniest overall i think but Sam is easily the funniest when he yells stuff "FREEEEEEEEEDOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM"

  • Is it just me or is Sam trying harder to put on a British accent than Trevor is? lol.

  • I like Trevor's version a lot more

  • Trevor's so good at trolling...

  • why isn't our song Trevor's version?

  • The Star Spangled Banner was written in 1812... just saying

  • @RRgoalie37 That was clearly by a clone of francis scott key. If you payed attention to the sketch, you would know that he killed himself while he was being held prisoner at fort knox during the battle of gettysburg in 1776.

  • @RRgoalie37 try sept 1814

  • Heah there, in the distance, hear it glistening, glistening, glistening. Hear the trumpets of FREEDOM, Hear them, listen, listen. A banner in the sky its so star spangled, spangled, spangled! Our new nation is a forming and its (incomprehensible)

  • "Oh, lets make a country of faggots and and queer up the whole dang world,

Lets cause a big problem and do eachtother in the butts

Oh, Lets make a country of faggots and queer up the whole dang world,

Lets make a country of Faggots and dress the boys like girls.

Boop boop, beep beep, boop boop beep FREEEEEEEEEEEEEDOM, but at what cost"

  • Yeah, I've got tons of pens. I'm a guard. But you can't have any.

    Terrorist.

  • haha fooled you

  • it is kind of funny seeing people complain about the date is wrong. they aren't fucking historical geniuses.

  • @maikai196 Does it take a "historical genius" to wikipedia the general date of the sketch you are about to make?

  • The Whitest Kids U' Know. Setting history straight since 2000

  • @Prim3StaR they never said that the year was 1776 so stop hatin asshole

  • It was Fort McHenry in Baltimore war of 1812. geez, do some homework. lol

  • It was Fort McHenry in Baltimore. geez, do some homework. lol

  • To jarhead Gettysburg was in the civil war not the rev. War

  • 3:15 sounded like Rugrats fer a second there...

  • what year did they close fort knox in gettysburg?

  • yeah i have tons of pens...Im a guard

  • I love how nobody seems to know shit except for about three people.

War of 1812 - Date of the Creation of the National Anthem.

1779 - Francis Scott Key's Date of Birth.

But who gives a shit about that, anyway? Go, WKUK!

  • Why isn't this the current national anthem for the US?

  • i love how trever never even tries an accent

  • why does the british guy have an american accent and sam has a british accent? lol

  • lol the comments below are ignorant as crap... you guys realize this scetch was made by americans... for humor... ya... we dont get shot for making a funny

  • Yeesh, people. Yeah, it wasn't written in 1776.. he wasn't even born yet. He also wasn't held at Fort Knox. Additionally, Fort Knox is in Kentucky. And yes, the Battle of Gettysburg didn't happen until about 90 years later. The people griping about the accuracy never stopped to think that maybe it was all deliberate?

  • @Eddyneko

Because the people griping about the accuracy are fucking idiots. :)

  • the battle at gettysburg wasnt the United States of America Vs The British. It was The United States Vs The Confederates

  • lolwut

  • who cares about the accuracy of this sketch anyway its comedy not a fucking history book

  • I thought it was 1812 not 1776

  • I like how the British guy has an American accent and Francis Scott Key has a very slight British one.

  • @mlakin1272 yeah it was written in 1814 ...and you're a faggot

  • 18 people didnt get dinner that night

  • I think its funny how people comment that the date is wrong but nobody ever cared about historical inaccuracy when Abe Lincoln was getting hammered in the butt.

  • @ryanvogel07 they also forgot that it was meant to be a POEM not a song

  • @ryanvogel07 At least he got the song right

  • @ryanvogel07 What do you mean historical inaccuracy..

  • lets make a country of faggots

  • Fooled u ACHHH

  • Don't mean to be a history douche, but FSK wrote the national anthem as a poem, not a song, during the war of 1812, not the Revolutionary War, as a prisoner on a British ship, not in a jail. Doesn't make this sketch any less funny though.

  • @JazzY9417 they had vampires in hamlet they can do what they want!

  • Now if only this was actually the national anthem for the USA.

  • francis scott key: "the star spangled banner", by francis scott key. got it?

  • The 15 people that disliked this video, must not have watched it until the end.

  • OMG THAT WAS SO HILARIOUS AT THE END!

  • ...too bad Francis Scott Key wasn't the one who put the national anthem to music. He originally wrote it as a poem.

  • @shelby0mcg

  • It was originally a poem not a song but still funny

  • um actually it was written in the war of 1812 while he was being held captive on a British ship overlooking Fort McHenry but still funny

  • @mlakin1272 yep! wkuk has gotta get their historical facts right!!!

  • @mlakin1272 yeah it was written in 1814 Francis Scott Key wasn't even born til 1779

  • @mlakin1272 yeah it was written in 1814 Francis Scott Key wasn't even born until 1779

  • @mlakin1272 it was also key wsnt in jail it was hes friend

  • @mlakin1272 no lol revolutionary war

  • @mlakin1272 no it wasnt

  • @mlakin1272 he fucking SAYS 1776 in the video.

  • @mlakin1272 Yes. War of 1812. Obviously, Trevor Moore is an absolute dumbass motherfucker if he doesn't know the basic facts about his own country. *rolls eyes*

Francis Scott Key was born in 1779. So how would he have written it three years before his OWN BIRTH!? Like I said, Trevor Moore is a dumbass.

  • @Prim3StaR He didn't kill himself with a pen either.

  • hes british but has no accent lol.

  • Sam is an amazing singer!

  • Yes, The Star Spangled Banner was originally a poem. However, do you know where the melody came from? It came from an Irish drinking song. Yes, our national anthem is a drinking song. Hooray for American alcoholism!

  • Lol. Aside from the funny stuff, this was very historically inaccurate. But still funny. Fort Knox was named after Henry Knox, Sec. of Treasury under Washington after the Revolution. Francis Scott Key wrote it during the War of 1812. But whatever. Very funny :)

  • @sgtpepper41 Obviously historically inacurate. Most of their skits are, it makes it funnier, and easier for stupid people to understand.

  • Lets make a country of faggots

and qweer up the whole god dang world

lets cause a great big problem

and do each other in the butt

lets make a country of faggots

and qweer up the whole god dang world

and dress all the boys like girls

  • fucking unexpected

  • subscribing

  • he wrote the song in like 1800 lmao

  • He wrote it during the war of 1812

  • @KittyHippy yeah there u go

  • i love how trevor just runs away at the end

  • Henry Knox was the American Secretary of the Treasury after the Revolution. I don't think that Ft. Knox was around in 1776, or even a British fort.

But then again, I don't think F. Scott Key killed himself with a quill either.

    Technicalities...

  • the star spangled banner was originally just a poem then put to music much later

  • Sam looks like Alan Alda!

  • hahaha i look at the 1776 and im like.. wait... lmfao

  • its not even that good of a song.

  • If i would ever be asked to sing the national anthem at the Superbowl (witch is unlikely, seeing as I'm not American) i would march up to that microphone, the crowd would go silent, and i would begin:

"Ooooooooooh, lets make a country of fagots...."

  • were r u from

  • Iceland, why?

  • You spelled "which" wrong.

  • Yeah, i can never get that one.

    Pisses me off!

  • then you will be lynched faster than a jew at a hammer skin rally

  • I guess.

I mean, I've never actually seen a jew at a hammer skin rally, bu I'm guessing that's pretty fast.

  • The Star Spangled Banner wasn't even written during the Revolutionary War it was written during the War of 1812 during the attack on Fort Henry.

  • actually 1814 in the battle of baltimore at fort mchenry

  • Comment removed

  • "FOOLD YA!"

  • LOL at the end

  • FOOLED YOU GKYAAAHH XD

  • The WKUK always do the dates wrong on purpose.

  • @spankycorkforker If it wasn't for America the Serbs would've destroyed your shitty country dumbass.

  • @IanCFC18 I don't live in a former yugoslav state dumbass. I live in America, my dick is black and my president is brown.

  • @spankycorkforker Then why would you say you are from Bosnia? Or insult your own country?

Btw they put the wrong year and place as a joke you fucking idiot!

  • awesome at 2:01

  • LOL the ending pwns.

  • FREEDOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahahaha

  • yea i got tons of pens, im a gaurd, but u cant have any

  • lets make a country of faggots and queer up the whole dang world, lets make a country of faggots and dress the boys like girls...damn thats catchy

  • even though it doesn't matter im weird and have to correct this, Francis Scott Keys was not actually in prison on that ship, he was there as a lawyer to negotiate with the British on the release of some american leaders that were being held captive, the only reason he remained on the ship was because of the battle going on and could not leave, but they were not actually forcing him or anything. and he wrote the thing later, and not as a song. its still hilarious tho.

  • you know id call you dumb....but that would just be insulting every dumb person on the planet....damn go pms somewhere else.

  • damn dawg way to be a buzz kill. i know ur facts are right and all but they just do this to make the joke even funnier

  • yea i know and i like the sketch and i wouldn't change it, i just felt like saying that for the hell of it cuz i was bored and that day had written a paper on it for school.

  • Lol, the intro was off a lot XD

    Fort Knox

    Gettysburg, Pennslvania

    1776

    lol

  • didnt he write during the war of 1812?

    ya, im a geek.

  • "im just writing freedom"

    lol!!!!

  • I won`t give you a pen.

    Terrorist!
