You need to find all pieces of the compass

Which then unlocks the shipwreck location

Then you have to find the shark necklace and return to shipwreck at night and stand near one of the funnel stacks of the ship or something just somewhere near that area

I have Endless Ocean #2 and yes. sharks (almost all of them) attack you...

I usually try to avoid them or swim away. sometimes the pulser (or however you spell it) works, too.

Its usually because they think you're a fish or a seal, and when they bite you and realise you're not, they'll let go. Thats the main reason why many people have survived great white shark attacks.

When I was down in the Southern Crevasse the other day, I just wanted to go into that little cave thing.. but It didn't seemed so deep, but I wanted to explore, but then a shark attacked me from backwards. I didn't saw it very good, cause then it swam away. I guess It's a goblin Shark like in endless ocean [1] .. It was so damn scary xD

I always go crazy when I hear that danger-sound or the Song of Dragons.. It's a scary sound. Anyone agrees?

@KonataStar00 That shark that you met in the Southern Crevasse(i lost his name)is not very dangerous. It's not a goblin shark, cos you can only see it in the Cavern of the Gods. It is roaming a little bit, so just bring a dolphin, get helped by your dolphin and swim past him. I prefer to 'get' the shark, it's an nice one, but that's up to you.

@OMGedraaide He wasn't too scary for me, since I had a nice corner to fend them off from, the guardian was a horrifying image, but I was able to take him down. And my experience with Thanatos was really creepy. He would swim out of my line of sight and I would be searching frantically for him as he went in for the attack, and it just freaked me out.

@OMGedraaide Thanatos the man-eating shark? I met up with him in the Triton Village Ruins thing.. And Thanatos was not alone when he was there, he was with 2 other sharks, you mean that by 'goons'? And this might sound weird , but when I entered Valka Castle for the first time, you can see the windows are still in it. But I guess one of the first halls, I saw Thanatos out of the window! I mean.. You don't see that when you look outside your own window xD You saw it too?

@KonataStar00 Yes, i mean that with goons. After you found him in Triton Village, you can find him at the shipwreck of The Blood Lotus i guess. And, yes again, in Valka Castle you can still see him behind the window. Its an small easteregg or something, but you sometimes see Thanatos, or an blue whale behind those windows. I still dont figure out how to 'get' Thanatos, but if you want to see him in Valka Castle, try go at night. You will also find a cool manta ray in the Mermaids Ballroom.

Endless ocean is such an mazing game! To some, they say it's boring, but what you're missing is the concept of it. To be able to explore the oceans depths and see what beauty it holds is absolutely stunning. I don't need to be shooting someone in the head to make things interesting. This game is relaxing and allows you to go at your own pace. I remember seeing Magu Tappu for the first time. It was terrifying, you never know where it is!
