You have probably figured it out already however your asthma can be caused by toxins in your environment. This sounds obvious but it might not be as simple. Something like a new carpet or dry cleaning or even eating certain processed foods can contain chemicals that will tax your immune system. Myself I found it was the fire retardants in my fancyshmancy pillow I bought. So something you might not think of in your everyday environment could be doing it.

Absolutely! But to "tone", I assume you mean to make it look firm. You can only get that look if you focus on your nutrition, cardio, and strength training. They all work hand in hand and you can't get the best benefits without them all. So, just make it part of your life, keep away as best you can from the junk food and sweets, and stick to 5 days a week of working out, and over time your body will firm up everywhere - not just in the butt : ) Thanks for watching! You can do cardio whenever you want. It's not about when, it's about actually doing it. Doing cardio before may make you more energized ot less, so it's all in how you feel.
