Per hour i make like 100k. i bring 500 fire runes and 100 natures when i go. i keep rune scims and alch the rune daggers. btw they also drop adamant longswords which i also alch. one thing you could do is wear pray bossting things and bring like 10 pray pots. i guarentee that you will not lose money in the end ; )
