  • Actually, while you make some good comments about the isolation of the bicep, AND you are right about the fact that the triangulation of the force of gravity means the torque is greatest when the forearm is horizontal and less as close to vertical, you're incorrect that bending over makes the exercise equally effective throughout the range of motion!

After all, it's the angle of the forearm compared to horizontal which determines the torque; when it's near-vertical, torque is ALWAYS less.

  • Wow awesome biceps!!!

  • great tip nice ass

  • Oh I want arms and abs like yours!!

  • What you win at the top toy lose at the bottom :D

  • GREAT TIP THANKS

  • smart and beautiful

  • thanks chrissy

  • It's look like the Scott Curls, but without pad

  • What Chrissy said is very true (BTW, gravity IS part of physics) as anyone using just plain old barbells or dumbbells quickly discovers if they're paying attention. In esence any free weight exercise at some point in the movement, the force of gravity is qreatly offset, making that part of the exercise too "easy" to complete. One way to avoid that is use cable exercises which have constant resistence through the complete movement. There's at least a dozen cable bicep curl varations for example.

  • omg I have been doing biceps curls wrong for so long O_0 I always kept my back straight when standing, you explain things very clearly in all your videos Chrissy, and give excellent advice, thank you :)

  • OH HOLY MOTHER OF ALL UNATURAL WHAT HAVE YOU DONE ! ... kinda nice ass tho ... BUT STILL WTF !

  • What a great tip Chrissy - thanks! I am going to put this to use.

  • good work! by laws of physics I think she means THE law of gravity. Yes, this is effective, that is why we have exercises called squat curls and crouching curls. I think squat curls and crouching curls might be more safe and effective than what she's doing, but she looks like an expert :D !!

  • your fricking amazing

  • well, she's scantily clad, so... she must know what she's talking about.

  • Chrissy, I LOVE YOU! you're so damn hot and cute at the same time!!!

  • good!!!!

  • Thats a great video short and to the point .and makes sence but the audio is not to good

  • Thats a buff ass lady

  • Great to see your biceps pumped to perfection.

  • She's cute! XD

  • say what you want about her technique, but she must be doing something right because she has some monster bicepts. my guess is that she does a lot more than that 20 lb weight for her bicept workout. she looks extremely powerful.

  • @c55555555c i agree, her physique is very impressive

  • @c55555555c Only thing she is doing "right" is using steroids. "My guess" is that she is using anavar.

When are you sheep going to realise that women can't get muscular without drugs?

  • @SexualStrat Alright 'Sparky', females already possess levels of testosterone in their systems. It is normally "overshadowed" by greater amounts of estrogen. PLENTY of women and younger girls have developed muscle by repetitive motion exercise for HUNDREDS OF YEARS (way before steroids ever came into the picture)! There are ancient Roman mosaics of women with muscularly developed bodies from engaging in exercise at the gymnasium. They looked like natural bodybuilders. Not bulk, but tone.

  • @budhunter09 Women on average have 10-15x less testosterone than men. Low test = skinny/fat. Show me ONE female who had a body like hers before steroids were invented. Just ONE woman who was as lean as her + had that much muscle mass. You're just another brainwashed delusional fool who thinks women can build bodies like hers without drugs. No drugs = no female bodybuilding. If you worked out yourself and weren't a fatcunt + researched female bodybuilding & steroids/hgh, you'd know I'm 100% right

  • @c55555555c She is strong, how much do you think she could max out?

  • chrissy u rock!!!!!!!! Keep the videos coming!

  • @JM4LAJF Well you are not the one saying women are equal to men? Why couldn't she have the pipe size she want you pussy

  • @muscleartist90 What are you on about? & it's her life, she can do whatever she wants, i just don't like it .. CHILL.

  • Come on girl!

    Go for a flexing video!

    Show us your progress!

  • Chrissy, you look amazing! Thanks for taking the time to post your videos. I keep telling all the girls at work to start lifting weights (pref w/ a trainer).

I have a bit of a personal question, if you're willing to answer it. With such a low body fat percentage, have you experienced changes in your monthly cycle?
