@kingofallkings4life this may be weird but a record holdin runner taught me this i played RB/CB/ILB "i played iron man football (both sides and spct) no other teams did, We were tough!. but he taught me to picture a dorito, seriously take me 4 real, picture a dorito, grab the dorito at any of its points, now picture there is two ice blocks onlong both your right and left side now cut threw each ice block as if you were running with the dorito, and always run on ur toes!!, ur 40 will get better.
I ran a 4.31 forty looking to get in 4.2s soon, 5'10 205lbs caucasian boy can stick and move. quick moves is my thing, breaking tackles, spinning heads, breaking ankles and popin pads is like drinking water to me. total disregard for ne one not wearing my color jersey ha. that forty stuff works do it all of you and keep your head down till last moments of finish line and ull improve. I do and still have more get to go!!!

The faster you cordinate your arms with your legs the faster you will go..And yea a 90 degree arm is better....and relax be as light footed as possible..i ran a 4.29..vid up soon if yall wanna see it
move your arms in a front to backwards motion. you are moving them in a side to side motion. you will run faster if you go forwards to backwards.

try taking bigger strides your taking about 1 yrd strides take 2 yard strides. instead of 40 steps only 20 took almost half a sec. of my time.

try being less tense and keep arm swing at 90* angle.. it improves your time alot.. thats how i went from 4.62 to a 4.50

relax your upper body and try to keep your arms straight that alone could take a tenth of a second off.
