Common sense reasoning here: Now if Allah knows everything that did or will happen and he cares so much why would he purposely throw people off the right path which he knows would result in them suffering eternally? People believe in Jesus being the son of God or God himself because that's what people want to believe. God is not a gender so how can he have kids? God is not a male or female.
