@hlwanmoe1981 the suspect would first have atleast 2 seconds of panic, then he will start shooting, how many kills can't be determined by just the speed of round fired per seconds, but also how fast the suspect react. It will take the suspect atleast 20 seconds to kill all the hostages, by then it was too late because the SWAT are in lol.

@junals03 The reason why these technique wasnt use because the hostage taker was a current police officer (most officer in philippines are heavily armed specially highly ranked ones and he was a master sergeant), he had M16 , false recognition as his brother said that he had 3 grenades and if you can understand tagalog in the Interview he said 'i will plant a grenade near to the door of the bus so if you opened it will explode'' funny thing is that hostage were placed near the windows (decoys)
