@mad1966dog lol you make a solid point on the neck press but for the most part most of his movements were just based around kinesiology of the body like his reclined leg extensions many people dont know that the rectus femoris is a multi joint muscle and they train with just simple leg extensions. he deff emphasized the fact that he wants to isolate as much as possible, i could kind of see where hes comming from with no squats alot of ifbb these days dont. his hipflexor theory are good aswell.

Vince would have you lean back and thrust your hips out at the top of the movement.
He would tell you to only come up about three quarters of the way up.
