The number 255 is the highest number that 8-bits (BInary digiTS) can represent. So it is relatively important to early gaming. Other than that, no I can't think of anything else you would mean by that.

Yeah Missile expansions are probably the most annoying to get. I mean why do they make so sophisticated puzzles for 5 missiles?
