School uniforms are being gradualy abandoned around the world, so we might expect this to happen in Japan as well. Said that, Japan, being a country still prone to strong governmental influence, sexism and racism more than perhaps even China, may want people be uniform to this extent.

Great anthem, a bit short tho ^^ Sounds more like a song. Doesn't have that.. majesty in it, or something.
