When war heroes and heroines are spoken of, it is easy to forget that there were and are many who served in the resistance, allied intelligence services and died doing so..very often their sacrifices were buried in secret reports, classified until revealed long after their deaths or made public only when they themselves felt safe to so do. This episode is a tribute to all of them that did "pecular service" as they say...it is also a tribute to those that still serve covertly yet valiantly!

I love both seasons of robert lansing and paul burke. forever twelve o'clock high. the movie of gregory peck is also great.

I prefer the episodes with Robert Lansing. Too bad they killed him off. My dad and I loved this show when it was on, I think 1964-66.

actually, I love Bob Dornan, he was in a few episodes as a pilot... He was a pilot in the Air Force and helped get the B-1 approved as a congressman... My father flew 17's...

I sure as hell want all 3 seasons on DVD. I could watch this endlessly. I'm just "plane" crazy about 12 O'Clock high. One of the best.
