You re the man!!!I love ur recipes!Btw can you tell me where i can buy Stevia online?Iam from Portugal and here its very difficult to find it!Keep up the good work!
@MsMcSand The fat in all nuts is good. If you use regular peanut butter, it normally has 180-200 calories, 14-15 grams of fat (I think), 3-4 grams of sugar and some other stuff but I don't remember what that is. PB2 is just a healthy alternative.
Never seen Almond Milk here in Australia... I will be looking for it.... We hve a place called USA foods might check that out. Thanks mate it lookz Yummmm!!!!
Just made this stuff. the taste is really nice. But like he said the protein measurements were off.. i had to throw an extra cup of protein in the mix to get it fudgy. oh well.. 951 cals, 148g protein 35g fat, and 32 carbs aroundish for my batch. thats memory off my head. But im gonna cut em into small squares and keep em as snacks =) thanks for the recipe. If i had a microwave or stove i woul ddo more of ur stuff.. only have stove top availibility. =(
@leanbodylifestyle Thanks for the reply! I'll try to do this next time I use this recipe. I ended up eating my batter anyway and just used a spoon haha. Tasted great
It's a coincidence as I started making this just a couple of days ago. It's so easy to do, has good source of energy and protein with very low simple carbs.
He really didn't put that much peanut butter in their and the almond milk doesn't really have any fat. Plus peanut butter is a good fat. It's also meant to be a snack.
@Dargnar Assuming one scoop has 120 calories, three scoops of protein powder will have (120*3 = 420 calories from protein powder). Assuming that one tablespoon of peanut butter has 100 calories, three tablespoons will have 300 calories. Also assuming that the almond milk you are using has 40 calories in 1 cup, three quarters will have 30 calories. So now you have 420+300+30 = 750 calories in total for the recipe. If you have 10 fudge's, each one of them have 75 calories. (750/10).

I'm surprise... doesn't peanut fat... You do many recipes with it and i was wandering what was the reality of the nutrition fact of it.
I know that almonds nuts have fat but is a good fat for the body, same for peanut or it is in special cases?

Dargnar 4 months ago 44
@Dargnar Assuming one scoop has 120 calories, three scoops of protein powder will have (120*3 = 420 calories from protein powder). Assuming that one tablespoon of peanut butter has 100 calories, three tablespoons will have 300 calories. Also assuming that the almond milk you are using has 40 calories in 1 cup, three quarters will have 30 calories. So now you have 420+300+30 = 750 calories in total for the recipe. If you have 10 fudge's, each one of them have 75 calories. (750/10).
