So after you do all that you proceed to flash it and thats it the Dvd drive key will pop up and its all good ? Its kind of confusing to me to retrace the tracks with doing nothing in between(i dont know crap about electronics). Does doing all that just allow you to see the key? or do you have to get the key before you put the golden goo or conductive paint. I guess the main question is do I just do all this and my drive will flash like the older versions? and thats it? no repair on the drive?
