In America if insurgents moved into a neighborhood the people in that neighborhood would watch them call the army with intel and have the insurgents destroyed. In Texas we would do it ourselves and leave the bodies for the trash. The Iraqi people watch the terrorists move in plot, attack and exist like guests. Iraqis ALLOW their homes to be destroyed by being such cowards. What a bunch of sad Muslims. Where is this PRIDE you speak of. I have yet to see ANY strength from your people.FUQ IRAQ!

Are you worried about the security of your country without American troops? Is the increased security that comes with American occupation worth it? shia and sunni's are brothers,al qaeda want them to be apart to prolong this war,they need to help each other rebuild their country,america will leave and they can prove to the world they are a strong people that don't need anybody else and can govern themselves,iraq will have great prosperity the sooner they work together

This could be a new beginning for Iraq & hopefully Iraq will one day become the pride of the region again, & the world will want to visit Iraq to enjoy its culture and history. When peoples come together for the betterment of their country, wonders can happen & the light can be seen again. It will be a new year, and there will be new thinkers and doers for the goodness of the Iraqis and their neighbors. People of the Middle East, come together with the world and fight for what is right and good!

Great to hear about some stability, and it seems perhaps the beginning of an understanding between Shia and Sunni about trying to live together, despite their differences. Because the other option is unbearable.
