Went on this tour the other day. These workers are exploited. They receive far less than the value of their labor. But their conditions are not as bad as factories further from the capital. Actually, this factory will be closed down soon and moved further into the countryside where labor is even cheaper. These workers are not as miserable as most Third Worlders. As my professor said, they won't let us tour factories where "they beat their workers".
