I think Lay Back is an alternate version of Crystal Baller since Stephen has a tendency to change songs around a lot before actually releasing them. A few different parts of this song sound like they came out of Crystal Baller(not just the intro), so I'd guess this was a demo, but he liked both versions so Tony will probably whip up some new riffs to fit the vocals for this one.
