I think it's hilarious that so called indie fans can't even really come up with a definition of what constitutes 'indie' or why they feel so hard done by with regards to these lyrics.

Most indie bands tend to blur into one hideous, stylized generic mess (The Courteeners) yet get raved about by up-their-arse publications like NME that have fuck all to do with LIKING music, but rather with attempting to tell people what's 'cool' to like and what isn't.

The NME might have its own agenda, which is why I read it with a very open mind - if you truly love indie music, it is the best way to keep up to date with your favourite bands.

Yeah! In our days theres hardly any pop girl bands!The only two I know are Girls Aloud and Sugababes!

Yeah and alot of Indie bands slag of Girls Aloud so I suppose its fair for GirlsAloud to say somthing back to them fucking Indie bands!
