This song is also also known as "Son ar sistr" and "Son ar jistr" is a folk song from Brittany (Bretagne), Some sources claim this song was written in the late 1920s by an unknow Breton piper but most siaid it was written by Jean-Bernard and Jean-Marie Prima in the Guiscriff-Roudoualec area of Brittany in 1929.

And there is a legend.Origin people in Ukrainian Carpathians tell that once upon a time people came from somewhere and they have played this melody and show how to dance.
