what is the purpose of forward C after the hard knockdown and before the otg? it does not hit the character, but it seems like it is necessary. :42 for reference.

its possible to use that move if the opponnent is already in an ground bounced state which was availiable in the first one but i think recieved a buff along with how his combos system works so its possible for combos and those combos where just absolutey boss status
