I love Smallman's philosophy of openness and innovation and I'm sure these are phab instruments! But the fact is that this is the perfect instrument for all those John Williams fanboys who's ambition is to be as colorless and prosaic as him! Go out an live a little! Get some life and spice in your playing! Looks Cool though!

I have tried both latice braced guitars by Smallman and David Schramm. They are both equally good.

smallman's cost 24,500AUD. only pros deserve them - they are astonishing to play - the richest loudest sound on the planet.

@ClassicalJoeNo1 also if you want one - your best of finding someone who knows smallman so you can prove that your a strong player - then youll only have to wait around a year for it. otherwise i think (though this may not be true) that the waiting list is about 8 years - apparently smallman prefers to get his guitars out quickly to pros and stagnates for collectors.

24.500 AUD is a price you pay for a new one, i think.

When the guitars get older, they reach "unpayable" prices, like the Hauser or Rubio guitars...
