  • @ProJectMuslceGain Just because a bodybuilding website tells you to do high weight low reps it doesn't mean its right. Both working out to failure and low reps build muscle. these 2 twins are proof that failure works for them.. also look at drop sets.. you do around 3 sets and on the 3rd you drop the weight work to failure, drop the weight, work to failure again, your then doing loads of reps and this works great. It's all about tearing them muscles and making them fatigue. you need more knowlge

Go look at the avg power lifter vs avg body builder the power lifter may lift more but the body builder has more muscle and looks better.   • @cartertevin5 they prob would have done a couple sets of bicep curls as well without showing it but thats all u really need to do if ur doin it natural specially if ur doin about 3 -4 sets of compund movements otherwse ur gonna just get tired and start burnin muscle up

  • @cartertevin5 Actually yes, that's all they do at the gym: 8-14 sets/ 30-45 minutes max for workout 3 times a week)) But i'm sure if you curl for 2.5 hours in a gym - you'll get much better results :D

    just take it easy man. deadlifts hurt my back too and for a long time i just did 1 plate. start like i did with an empty bar or 25 on each side and work ur way up slowly. you shouldnt feel back pain. make sure your back is arched.

  • @iKieeeX As above, just go steady at first. Dont think that cos the big guys doing 200kg + that you need to be doing anywhere near that.  Get the form comfortable and your weight on dead lifts will increase surprisingly fast.

  • pull ups and deadlifts are really the ONLY 2 exercises needed to build a strong and huge back, i mean rows do help, but if all you have is a barbell, weight and a pull up bar, their you are on your way.
