I am currently in the process of loosing weight an have lost almost 2 stone so far. I am surprised to hear that you were 250 lbs and respect you for revealing that. It would be great if you could put up a pic/s, this would be inspirational. One thing about being overweight is the need to empathise with someone who's been there and being able to see a picture of your past journey would really help. Your choice obviously... I'm compiling some pics to put up shortly
That is how much i weight right now! going to lose 50 lbs my self i drink about a gal a day..... and eat raw greens need to step it up more i work out more then anything!

Dehydration clearly causes problems, but there is in fact no evidence whatsoever that drinking large quantities of water has any positive health effects of any kind.
Also, get a nearfield microphone or make your recordings somewhere without weird, distracting background noise.
HI, I am unable to excercise due to a health condition , how would you suggest i lose weight, I put of 35 pounds due to seizure medication and I am struggling to lose it now.. thanks
eat 5 or 6 small healthy meals a day and workout and drink like 8 glasses of water a day you can drink that in a 10 to 12 inch cup full up but you can drink 1 galon a water a day it will help you ..... keep in mind people dont tell you this but you have to eat every 2 or 3 hours a day speed your matabolisn up... do push ups
and dips or join or gym or work on the equipment at your house if you have any eat lots of high protein foods and food and vegatables if you have any questions I will answer them for you and make sure you get alot of cardio in its so important and always use proper form when you workout
I used to be soooo bad that I would maybe drink a glass of water every 6months...I shudder to think what I was doing to my body...and elimination was maybe once a week..and I thought that was normal. I then read a book the said everytime you eat you are supposed to eliminate if not you have all those meals backed-up in your system. Ah hah moment ...I'm great now...just need to kick the bottled water habit.

cutting out sugar and bread can do alot :) i''ve been losing weight, barely moving myself but just cutting out most sugar :-)
