The Dream Act would be contrary to already-existing federal law that says it's a CRIME to aid or abet, or to encourage or harbor, illegal aliens.

So all universities and other schools harboring illegal aliens should be PROSECUTED, and fined $5,000 EACH illegal found there, plus made to pay all deportation costs.
