It's not really a message that she's sending everyone... she wasn't happy with part of her body, and she/her parents happened to have the money to allow her to change what she wanted... she's just one of the "lucky" ones. Plus, using certain makeup, makeup techniques, or changing your eyebrow shape can really change your face. Even if she did got a nose job, it's her business, not ours. Her life, not ours. And to say surgery will never solve insecurities is blatently false. Makeup, while it can just be for fun, is also empowering for many people. Concealers especially, as they hide or alter imperfections. Surgery is more permanent, but the intention is the same, and nothing to be ashamed of.
