Good video!!!!! You can make ur eggs stretch a bit by adding a little milk. The longer you whisk them the fluffier they will be (In a bowl, prior to putting them in a pan). One thing to remember, when you use a Non-Stick pan like the one you have there- always use plastic or wood utensils. Otherwise you mess up the non-stick black part.
I am going to try pickling Quail eggs, maybe you should give it a try...
