form is less than perfect, but acceptable, the weight is just too light, real man need to be able to do 3x body weight, for a 160 lbs, that's 480 lbs

@poidsfi Unless you only consider guys in the holding area at the olympics to be real men you're clearly talking out of your ass. A 1.5x bodyweight squat is what most people strive for. A 3x bodyweight squat is very uncommon.

@adimare0, agreed, 3x bodyweight isn't common, but that should be the goal, however, 3x wouldn't get you qualified for Olympic for sure.
