For the price of the PSP Go, or DSi Lite, you could be playing decent quality PC games(Like Ill mentioned, Source titles and less graphic intensive games) on a somewhat portable device.

Not bad. I wouldn't say its a gaming PC but deffinetly a nice Multi-Media setup. The 9500GS doesn't really game that well but you won't have any problems running Aero and all its features along with maybe Source games and COD4 calibur games.

most laptops will play those types of games just not at high settings. on the other hand this type of laptop is nice because it will play those games at high settings for a decent price (this one is about 750) all i have to say is don't go dell.there always overpriced

I'm in the market for a gaming notebook, and ASUS is really nice. The drawback is the fact that you can't customize them when purchasing as much as say, alienware, or sager. So as I was looking through the specs, I was kinda let down that I would have to deal with some of the drawbacks that I would love to upgrade before I even buy it, like lower rpm HDD's, etc. If I could customize ASUS gaming laptops more, they would be my #1 pick....but on a lower budget I would maybe even still get one.

it is possible too change a videocard on a laptop but not with this one u see here on this video... if u want a real gaming laptop dont buy any of these. u rly need pro notebooks for that which uses MXM-3 slots.. there is where u can replace there videocards. its about there voltage and powerlevel.... ive got an MXM-2 slot... cant get any higher than 8600M GT cause of the power. for 8800M or 9800M u need a MXM-3 of even MXM-4 slot. and that will be an expensive notebook

You don't have to worry about WoW with this laptop. I used to play with an AGP 256mb card in my 5yr old desktop and it ran just fine. Just, like any laptop, you gotta keep it cool. My girlfriend puts a book under the back edge of hers(half an inch thick) to keep it breathing and it helps a lot, and she destroyed WoW.

I think that all computers and operating systems should come 64 bit out of the box. Simply because of how much memory it can handle. 64 bit has a max capacity of 17 BILLION gigabytes of RAM. Dont believe me? Check wikipedia.

Because Wikipedia is the source of all truth......? 64-bit can handle tons more RAM, but it still has a lot of compatibility issues with already existing apps and hardware. I think Windows 7 will come 64-bit standard, but I'm not sure. For now 64-bit and 32-bit are a draw. I'm using 8gb of RAM with 2gb of video RAM too so I need 64-bit, but for a standard user 32-bit is fine.

Asus makes wonderful laptops unfortunately they cost above $1000 usually :(.

The OLED panel looks sweet and having lit up WASD keys is awesome. And a 1685 x 1080 is AMAZING for a 15.4 inch screen. Unfortunately its processor is pretty weak, if it was replaced with a 8400 I would definetly buy
