Listen between 6 and 7 seconds on this video. He plays a couple of notes and you can here how long it takes to repeat. Just match that with your pedal and you're on your way. That's how I did it.

I have the same pedal. It's not lousy. I love the damn thing. Ne way just get a good clean sound and set the delay as follows:

time: 250-270 ms- whichever is best for you. Mine is set at 270.

RPT(Repeat)- mine is at 60 and that does the job.

LVL(Level)- 99. You want that baby cranked all the way so you can hear it clearly.
