theres alot less traffic in multiplayer than in story mode. i wouldnt say theres rush hour but the density of traffic changes depending on the weather.

im not sure but it does that everytime i come out of the tunnel. i think it was just something they did to simulate what real cellphones do, but i really have no idea.

there are pedestrians, i put that on medium actually, but since its raining i guess there arent as many. i put traffic as parked because the whole point of this was to just see how fast i could drive around the city in this specific car, and we all know the A.I. traffic in this game is completely horrendous.

do you mean the building itself? no, but you can go inside the actual airport, like the runway and such.
