  • thank you guys.. you seem very knowledgeable are you guys gonna be making a video for upper body?? i ask because i feel my front shoulders or more developed that the rear i want to make shure i dont set myself up for an injury... thanks...

  • how many reps and sets do i do of each?????

  • THANKS :DDDD

  • Ok now you got me thinking if my parkour conditioning training is well done or not. Lower body I got it but what about upper body and core?

Could you show or mention some of the most correct exercises?

Thanks and congrats from Portugal parkour ;)

  • Is it the same if I do leg press instead of wall squats?

  • I myself ruined my knee's through over training in Parkour and over training in P90X at the same time. out of all the joints we use in parkour the knee's are perhaps the most under appreciated, take it from me guys it's hell gettin em scoped and spending 6months re-building your body to the level it was at.

  • 0:49....my mom had to come in and ask me what the hell i was watching......

  • Haha I like these guys :)

  • i like the chines guy he so funny

  • Could you do a video about stretching hips, please?

  • I think I have a bit of knee pain in my left knee because of tight hip flexors/quads, what can I do about it? Is there a kind of stretching I could do or something like that? Please respond

  • i love this vid lol ill definatly be using the wall squats! thay look perfect, ive always had trouble with doing the correctly. ant more vids like this would be awesome. maybe something on plyometrics or more in depth info on things like the posterior chain ect not much info on things like that out there at the mo :)

  • thanks soooo much guys, im lucky i found this video because i have been doing parkour for 5 years, and for the past year ive had horrible knee problems.im gonna start doing these right away :D

  • Lower body is VERY crucial in Parkour. Trust me, I skipped lower body and now im suffering some pain in my left knee.

  • Could you guys do one on upper body strength

    thanks

  • I like ur pants. Where did u get them?

  • @elgato49 wal-mart... always buy two sizes too big with elastic on waist and ankle :D

  • @jusres May i know ur height n waist... n what size did u buy? Thanks =)

  • I know in the beginning it was a wall squat move but when you did a backwards version of it, it looked you were humping the wall! LOL

  • i dont do parkour myself but you are right on with your info! I just wanted to thank you for sharing good educated information.

  • This is going to help me substantially :) and omfg! you guys made me crack up!!! HAHAHA! "It's not what it looks like...it is"...lmfao BWAHAHAHAHA!!!

  • i love how you put some humour in this very good idea

  • This is really good stuff

  • Nice vid guys.

For the glute ham raises, I've got a pull-up bar in my doorway at home set at the right height and it works brilliantly.

Also, I've found that you want to keep your feet pointing towards your knees (as opposed to away from you) whilst doing them or it is very likely that your feet or calves cramp up.

  • Res you hardcore badass

  • Lol, I love you guys. No homo. <3

  • woah what park is that? it looks awesome for parkour :D

  • Great vid! Very helpful. :)

  • " it's not what it looks like"

    " it is"

    LOL

    this really helps guys

you made it good for training and funny at the sane time

  • hahaha! 2:41 & 4:29 you guys are jokes :D

  • Res, could you explain why pistols aren't a good exercise?

  • @TomewardBound Yes, I find they often develop poor biomechanics. Most traceurs won't keep a flat foot while doing them, and they'll lose neutral spine. Also knee tracking on these is often horrible. I like Step Ups and Bulgarian Split Squats better, because they are almost idiot proof (meaning any idiot can do them without messing them up), and you can add weight to them easily without sacrificing form.

  • @jusres but if done right they are fine. nothing compared to back squat, but fine.

  • @TomewardBound Someone just got pwned. ;D

  • @LostSpartanFilms there wasn't anything wrong with his question.

  • @LostSpartanFilms haha, I don't even do pistols. I was asking for the knowledge to inform others.

  • "This is not what it looks like." "It is."

    Ahahah xD

  • JEEEESSUSSSS CHRISTTTTTTTTTTTTTT

  • can you do wall squats while holding a barbell?

  • @TheWes6868 Yes you can do them with a light bar, but I don't recommend doing them with heavy weight. Just use this exercise to correct your form, or as a warm up, and then do "free" squats with heavier weights.

  • The best :)

  • awesome

  • We miss El mango, bring him back.

  • STEP UPS!
