It has nothing to do with the drug LSD. Living in the Sapient Dream was based off of a dream journal which was kept for 10 years...the guy wasn't on drugs.

some scenarios get randomized, they look like crayon puked. and theres japanese writing everywhere, saying something close to nothing at all.
