Here is a gifted talented vocalist. Unfortunately Koreans do not appreciate Rock music. They prefer a bunch of pretty girls wearing little pants dancing around.... that's the sad truth.
sweet awesome stuff!!korea isnt that messed up afterall..but pity these guys...they cant even give a proper live show, wheres the mic set up???they really have some messed up management over there....probably singing over a backin track...haii..sad situation..
@firebreeze - Let's just say that rock ain't as popular as it once was. Back in the days anyone would go wild for rock bands....... these days, a significant percentage would probably label rock as "noise"
lol at the lyrics. It kind of makes me sad that they couldn't become famous through their serious work and that they had to resort to antics/humor (like that of Tenacious D) to get their foot through the door. Lee Hyuk's two powerful performances on Immortal Song 2 demonstrated that he could be a great frontman. (sigh)
@guccilittlepiggy iirc Lee Hyuk is (or was?) involved with some side projects that are more of a serious nature where he's the lead singer. I forget the names of the bands though, and it's possible that they are so low-key that it's hard to find any of their music. :\
I like that they're still sticking true to themselves, it shows through the song. I wish people would accept rock songs just as any other pop/mainstream songs
Im sorry to the Norazo fans for saying this. I discovered Lee Hyuk through Immortal Song 2. After watching so many videos of Norazo, I can only feel sad for Lee Hyuk for being stuck with that other guy whom I think is cutting Lee Hyuk potential by half. Lee Hyuk looks great, got great vocals, I really don't understand what is he with that goofy guy with his lame antics and his mediocre vocals and the overall goofy music direction. Perhaps a Norazo fan can enlighten me?
Norazo is great for them because it let's them do other activities on the side that they love. And without either of them, it wouldnt make it what it is today. If not for Jobin going around to the variety shows in the beginning, it would have been difficult for them. If not for the "goofy" fun songs, they wouldnt have become famous. It's a fact; it's not the time of Rock right now in Korea. Lee Hyuk might be the visual, but Jobin is the spirit.
@rumravin They kind of have to be reduced to this because the rock scene in Korea is fucked! The only way they would get any attention is by their quirky stage appearence and lyrics. Some of the best rock singers in Korea haven't released a cd since the early 2000s because the music scene is saturated with teenyboppers. The overall conservative attitude of the country doesn't lend itself easily to the alternative. In a country where Lee Sun Hee can be labeled as 'rock', something wrong happened
@LeighF1 So true. Rock in Korea just barely thrives through the indie scene, in Hongdae and whatnot. It's still part of the fringes of society, unless we're talking about a long-time rock group like Jaurim or YB, who've been around since the mid-late '90s and still don't receive half the recognition they deserve from the Korean public. I mean, when SNSD is more "popular" than a veteran rock band of fifteen years, you know something in the milk ain't clean.
@gonz189 they commercially failed due to messed up south korean music market. They are doing these kind of musics to fund their own interest. I certainly enjoy all of their songs, but it's just sad. Or should I be happy that it made them to do the funny songs.

@rumravin There's no Lee Hyuk now unless Jo Bin. He has scouted, persuaded, and helped Lee Hyuk to get fame.
And as caption says, singing the 'goofy' songs was their company boss's orders. Jo Bin protected him from being 'goofy', by being himself 'goofy'.
