Well first you'd have to become a vampire, considering that ghouls are the undead slaves of vampires.......or befriend one. If you become one you'd have to find a lot of non-virgins......or make just make sure they aint virgins for yourself.....
That's like asking if ghosts, demons, angels, and/or god exists. Ask different people get different answers, but one common thing......no hard evidence one way or the other. Only way you could be sure is if you actually run into one of em.
