My uncle, a born-again christian went to work last sunday. According to Exodus 31:14-15 he should be dead.

According to the bible all non theists should be dead, as taking a god other than the god represented in the bible is punishable by death (as seen in Sodam and Gomorrah).

According to the bible all murderers should be dead, therefore every murder in history should have two deaths - the death of the victim and the death of the assailant directly after as the result of his punishment by god

First of all dum dum, the sabbath is SATURDAY.

2nd, it was meant for Jews ONLY till Chritianity came along & took it for itself & changed the day.

no one shall work on sabbath. if anybody do he will be put to DEATH. nobody will work on sabbath because God commanded them to do so, hospitals are to be closed. if a Christian pregnant woman will give birth on sunday, she must wait until tommorrow because hospitals are closed on sunday. NO medical services, bank, fire and police services, restaurant, everything must be closed or else God will order death penalty to any person who will work on the sabbath. Christians are CRAZY!!!!!

@princerexor I see your point. Sabbath is on Saturday not sunday according to the bible on the seventh day which is Saturday.

Second of all Jesus used an example saying if you saw an animal in difficulty, wouldnt you go help them? So He was saying you should stop serving others because its sabbath, you should still continue to do good. Ofcourse if you are serving others or saving a life you should so something :) Its not a death penalty, we all have a choice. Laws are there to protect. God bless
