He's a reviewer stating an inconvenience in a product he is reviewing. It is pretty weird that, as a music phone, you have to close the Juke to play music. He really wasn't making that much of a fuss about it, though. IT was generally a favorable review.

If you have a good library of songs and hate vcast then this is the phone for you has 2gb witch is fine for me. napster, itunes and others work with this phone. one other thing if you have problems opening the phone with it being so small then use to hands duh.

and you don't have to use verizon's music manager. it comes with the data cable in the box, you plug it in to your computer, pull up windows media and you can sync all of your music. Horrible Review....I've sold more to Adults than to Kids. It's a great phone, reception is good. It will stream music to a stereo bluetooth!

What happens if you are playing music on your Juke and you suddenly get a call? Does the music stop and the phone start ringing? Or does the music continue to play and the phone call is not heard?

no it stops and the cool thing is, it comes will headphones w/ a remote attached and that remote also has a mic in it so when you get a call you can use you're headphones as a hands-free device!

You also failed to mention the things that come in the box with the phone-- the solid quality earbud with built-in microphone so you don't have to flip the phone open to take an incoming call while you are listening to music & the USB cable to sync with your PC.
