  • @BilisNegra Este ordenador puede funcionar también con pilas, pero son de las gordas, creo que 8 o 10. O sea que es cierto. Con pilas puestas se supone que no se borra la fecha y la hora del sistema operativo, el MS DOS 3.3. Sin embargo, las pilas duran muy poco y son muy caras. Se puede conectar un transformador normal de portátil o un adaptador del mechero del coche.

  • Do you know whether the central pin is positive or negative?

    Maybe it's written in the Power Supply, or maybe you can use a multimeter?

    I have one of these computers but no way to turn it on (besides batteries).

    I know it's a 12V Power Supply, all I need is the polarity.

    Sorry, i can't help you. I buy this computer with a IDE controller installed in the coprocessor slot. Is a rare piece; I am very proud of this computer, good and fast. I have bought it for 30 €.It belonged to a spanish businessman.
